Food Without Boundaries In Action

FOOD: Here is a brief list of items for suggested contributions:

- all types of canned food
- pasta, rice, dry cereal,
- spaghetti sauce
- flour, sugar, salt, baking mix

Please make sure that all can, jars and packages are new and intact.

CLOTHING: New and used clothing in good condition are being collected.

Health Care without Boundaries

MEDICINE/MEDICAL SUPPLIES: Items of all kinds that are sterile and not expired are being collected and distributed to health facilities in Tibet, India and Nepal.

Education Without Boundaries

BOOKS/EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS: Items for preschool, elementary, high school and university levels are being collected and distributed to educational facilities in Tibet, India and Nepal.

Texts in the following topics are suggested:

- ethnic studies; cultures of the world
- science; environmental studies
- reference books: atlas. encyclopedia sets, dictionary, thesaurus
- foreign language such as English educational text, Spanish, French, etc.
- political science; civic studies
- mathematics; computer science
- medicine; health
- world religions
- psychology

- philosophy
